Construction Services for Prince Lake No. 1 Dam (DAMID 060209) and Reservoir Rehabilitation Project

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m., Monday, March 3, 2025. Interested Parties are asked to meet at North 111th Street (a county gravel road) approximately 0.8 miles north of Arapahoe Road (Please reference location site map). Bidders will be asked to sign-in and attend a brief project orientation where instructions for vehicle pooling to the project sites will be addressed. Parking is very limited at the project site; therefore, unescorted, individual site visits will not be permitted. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Proposals from companies not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted.

Boulder County Parks and Open Space is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to secure construction services for the rehabilitation of the Prince Lake No. 1 Reservoir (Project). All Work shall be in compliance with the State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water Resources, Office of the State Engineer, Dam Safety Branch (SEO) “Rules and Regulations for Dam Safety and Dam Construction” and other applicable standards. The selected contractor will complete all construction aspects of the project within 240 calendar days from the date of mobilization, weather permitting.
