Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Prime Consultant (PC) and Pre-Design Study, investigative work, scope development and class D estimate for the renovation of 141 units at Greer Court in Regina SK.
Proponents are to submit their submissions electronically via email to Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Paper copies will not be accepted.
A site visit is scheduled for August 12th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders to meet in parking lot #4 off of 14th Avenue East (refer to site plan). To attend, please RSVP directly to Gary Frank as soon as possible.
Proposals and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached document noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
