The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct the Freedom Park Pickleball Courts project. The project includes the construction of five pickleball courts, along with a parking lot and stormwater management to support this new facility. Work includes establishing erosion and sediment controls, clearing and grubbing the site, earthwork, storm drainage and stormwater management facilities, aggregate base, asphalt base and surface, court fencing, concrete curbs and borders, pickleball court color coatings, striping, and accessories, sidewalks and trails, pavement marking and signing, landscaping, and all incidentals related thereto.
