| Project Scope: | The SERVICE PROVIDER is expected to offer a range of services, including program planning, risk management, project management support, and training, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, the provider will assist in project delivery through various procurement methods, technical support, and contract administration across all project phases. | ||||
