Transformation of approximately 29,000 square feet of vacant, unfinished warehouse
space into modern educational facilities that will support a Junior/Senior High School
model. The work includes the fit-out of the warehouse area and reconfiguration of
existing campus spaces to accommodate the relocation of 7th-grade students from the
Middle School. The project is designed to support enrollment growth of approximately
120 additional students and includes the construction of 12-16 new classrooms,
expanded cafeteria facilities, a second gymnasium, and additional restroom capacity.
The scope also includes replacement of the existing roof. Campus-wide enhancements
include replacement of the synthetic turf athletic field and existing playground facilities.
