Jackson County Parks & Recreation - Historic Braselton Gym Renovation & Addition

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for renovations to the Historic Braselton Gym until Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM. At that time, the sealed bids will be opened and read in the Finance Department Conference Room of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.

One original and three copies of the bid must be submitted. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Historic Braselton Gym, located behind the new charter school building off Highway 53 at the intersection of on Henry and Harrison Streets ¿ 4829 Highway 53 Braselton, GA 30517, at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Interested vendors are required to attend.

Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the bid based on the highest and best interest of Jackson County.
