The 436 Civil Engineer Squadron, Dover Air Force Base (DE) requires a contractor to provide all labor, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to provide a service program to control corrosion, slime and algae in the condensers and service the thermal ice storage systems, closed loop heating and cooling systems, gas-fired heating hot water systems and water softeners at Dover AFB, DE, as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
3. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 238220 and the Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $19,000,000.00.
4. The Provisions and clauses listed within this document and Attachment 3- Provisions and Clauses apply to this acquisition and can be viewed through internet access athttps://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.
*** This is a FY27 requirement. Funds are currently not available for this action but will be made available upon the start of the new fiscal year.***
