This Sources Sought Notice is relative to the NAICS code 811114. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $9 Million. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities.
The Virginia Air National Guard, 192d Wing is conducting market research to gain information on the availability and capability to repair 2011 Daimler Freightliner M2 water truck (VIN: 1FVHCYD17BHBB7921). The contractor shall include the removal of damaged & worn beyond industry standard tolerances: water pump, mounting plate / flywheel housing & clutches will be replaced and associated parts to ensure proper fitment and operation. All exposed part will be required to be painted to match in color and tones to prevent rust and oxidation. The service of axillary motor shall include oil change, oil filter, fuel filter & air filter replacement. PWS will be included in Sources Sought posting.
Interested parties who believe they have the capability to fully meet the requirements described in the attached Performance Work Statement should submit their responses by the date and time indicated on this notice to 192msg.msc.contracting@us.af.mil and orlando.loaiza.1@us.af.mil. Please include company name, address, telephone number and technical point of contact, brochures / literature, and your company’s business size under NAICS 811114. Also, please include a listing of comparable projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry for repairs of Freightliner Water Trucks. For the comparable projects, include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, proof of successful performance, and customer point of contact information.
