ITB 2025-400 E. Main St. N. and Elm St. Intersection Improvement

The City intends to award the project to the lowest responsible bidder for the project including any bid alternates selected by the City. The work consists of
furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes, but is not limited to, the necessary erosion and sediment control, demolition, grading, utility coordination, parking space creation, sidewalk ADA ramps, sidewalks, paving, stabilization, landscaping, and any other appurtenances within the project limits that are required by the Contract Drawings and these Contract Documents and Technical Specifications in accordance this project for the City of Hampton, Georgia¿s ¿E. MAIN ST. N. & ELM ST. INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS - ITB #2025-400¿ project.
