Description
The Department of National Defence (DND)/Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) has a requirement for the services of a Senior Information Management/Business intelligence Consultant to assist with the contract management of its Contracted Flying Training Services (CFTS) pilot training program located in Southport, Manitoba, Canada. The CFTS contract is managed by a team composed of representatives of the RCAF, DND, and Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC).
The CFTS program uses a customized excel table called Tabular Format (TF!) as well as the SeeSOR software to manage post contract award changes and to manage performance measurement in support of the CFTS program. The CFTS contract management team is located in the National Capital Region (NCR) and processes program changes by adjusting the TF! data to demonstrate the work defined within the CFTS statement of Work. The contract management team will apply variables such as foreign exchange, variation in quantity, escalation and performance incentive fees. The CFTS contract management team will also audit program changes against the CFTS contract statement of work using the SeeSOR software. This is done to reconcile the changes that the CFTS Contractor has recorded.
The estimated contract period will be 29 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/01.
