In summary, the scope for this project consists of installing hitch clips, removal/replacement of all water damaged decking with 5/8” plywood, installing new CertainTeed (CT) Ice and Water Guard underlayment, placement of new EDPM material in valley and flat areas matching the existing installation. installing new CT “Landmark” shingles to match as closely as possible to existing, and removal and replacement of damaged rafters.
