| Additional Description: | Work will require daily communication with water department and inspection staff. City of Youngstown Water (YWD) to provide contractor and inspector copies of customer contact info. YWD will mail multiple rounds of permission forms to both owners and occupants of residences. YWD may have onsite staff representation specifically for scheduling appointments for the interior work portion of the project. |
