City of Winder Midland Avenue Culvert Replacement: Project # SP24-02C

City of Winder, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Midland Avenue Culvert Replacement Project # SP24-02C

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the front desk of the Public Utilities Facility, 138 Sweetwater Trail, Winder, Georgia 30680 (Attention: Gerard Brewer, Midland Avenue Culvert Replacement, Project #SP24-02C), until Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., local time. Soon thereafter, all received bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

The Project includes the following Work:
Removing existing culvert, replacing culvert as specified, renovation of upstream storm box, placement of tail wall, backfill and pave. Work will be performed in accordance with referenced GDOT specifications and the associated plan set.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: Agreement Between Owner and Contractor For Construction Contract (Stipulated Price): Midland Avenue Culvert Replacement.

The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.

Pre-bid Conference:
No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. All questions must be submitted in writing to the City of Winder via email at GAbids2025@keckwood.com by Tuesday, June 10, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. No Bids will be accepted by fax or email. All must be physically submitted as noted above.
