Notice is hereby given that Campbell County School District #1, 1000 West 8 ^th Street, Gillette, WY, will receive sealed bids for the following up to the date and time as stated.

CAMPBELL COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL G BUILDING RENOVATION

This project consists of the renovation of the Campbell County High School G Building.

Paper plans and specifications will not be available from the Architect or Owner. For electronic plans and specifications bidders must access the SFD Website at:

Wyoming School Facilities Division (https://stateconstruction.wyo.gov/school-facilities/projects).

Documents may be downloaded for a fee of $22.00. Deposits are non-refundable.

PRE-BID MEETING WALK THRU

(Mandatory for all bidding prime contractors)

Walk-thru will be held at 1000 Camel Drive, Gillette, WY on October 5, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Preference shall be given to Wyoming Contractors as defined by Wyoming Statutes, 1977, Section 16-6-101, in accordance with the provisions of Section 16-6-102. Attention is also called to the provisions of Section 16-6-103 with respect to sub-contractors by a successful bidder.

Campbell County School District #1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
