Description
The municipality seeks proposals from qualified vendors to develop a comprehensive 3-year Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plan. The plan should align with the municipality's goals and objectives, improve service delivery, and explore the integration of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to support innovation and operational efficiency. The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor with demonstrated experience in municipal IT strategy development. The selected vendor will assess current infrastructure, engage with key stakeholders, and deliver a strategic roadmap that incorporates industry¿s best practices and considers AI capabilities that can support municipal functions.
