Invitation to Bid
Sealed proposals for the Town of Breckenridge’s (Project No. 17-06-102-006) shall be received electronically by the Town of Breckenridge, a Colorado municipal corporation, at
websiteclerk@townofbreckenridge.com
, until 10:00 AM, local time, on May 21, 2026. Bids will be opened electronically by the Town Clerk and bidders will be notified of results. The Town of Breckenridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.

The project primarily consists of:
Construction of the plan set provided by Norris Design for the Sawmill Pedestrian Connection. The project site is within the Town of Breckenridge starting at the bridge crossing the Blue River from the South Gondola Parking Garage, through the Sawmill Parking Lot and Wellington Parking lot, terminating at Main Street. The project includes the reconfiguration of both the Sawmill Parking Lot and Wellington Parking lots based on the Master Plan concept for this segment. The construction consists of asphalt removal, regrading, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, storm pipe and inlet removal and installation, landscaping, electrical installation, landscaping, and irrigation.
A 5% Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder.
