Northeast Community Centre Professional Geotechnical Consultant Services
The City of Coquitlam is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Geotechnical Engineering Services for the future Northeast Community Centre (NECC).
Since 2019, City staff have worked with consultants to complete a feasibility study, preliminary technical studies, and site investigations, needs assessment, and programming plan for the Northeast Community Centre. Architectural & Design Consultants have been chosen and the project is now in the Pre-Design Phase.
The Professional Geotechnical Consultant will join the consultant team and assist in providing geotechnical services throughout the design phases of the project.

The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
