This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is NOT a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of commercially available products/services that may be of interest to the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
The USCG Operational Logistics Command (LOGCOM) is seeking a source capable of providing personnel, transportation, operation maintenance, monitoring, and daily testing services, and other services necessary to perform Drinking and Waste Water Laboratory Testing at US Coast Guard Training Center, Petaluma, CA 94952 starting on or about 1 April 2025 for a base year with four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 541380, Testing Laboratories, and the small business size standard is $19 Million. The Contractor will be required to perform periodic testing to include scheduling annual, semiannual, quarterly, monthly and daily tests.
This notice is to assist the USCG in determining potential sources only. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award. Reimbursement will not be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought. All interested parties must respond to any subsequent solicitation notice published on the www.sam.gov website. Competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research.
