Brand-Name Affinisep Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) Media
1. General Information
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) is issuing this Sources Sought to identify potential sources capable of supplying brand-name specific Affinisep USA, LLC. Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) sampling media.
Please note: This is Sources Sought ONLY. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation document exists at this time, and no contract award will be made directly from this posting.
2. Description of Supplies
This requirement supports critical chemical agent testing for the Applied Sciences Division. The Government anticipates procuring the following items:
13 Packs: AttractSPE® Disks Bio (Part: SPE-Disks-Bio-DVB-47.20-NF)
2 Packs: AttractSPE® Custom Made Pads (Part: SPE-Pads-DVB-Bio-T1.100x200.40)
Protective Pelican delivery containers and specialized shipping.
3. Salient Characteristics & Constraints
To meet Government ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation and validated Program of Record testing standards, the supplies must meet the following strict criteria:
Brand Name: Must be exact Affinisep USA, LLC. brand (no substitutes) due to a completed multi-year Verification and Validation (V&V) process.
Lot Traceability: All disks and pads must originate from a single, documented production lot to eliminate batch-to-batch variability.
Supply Chain: Items must be shipped directly from the manufacturer to DPG to prevent chemical degradation.
Delivery: Required no later than September 30, 2026.
4. Instructions to Interested Parties
Firms that can provide the exact brand-name items and guarantee the single-lot and direct-shipping constraints are encouraged to respond.
