PURPOSE:



This is an invitation for all small business concerns interested in conducting business with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, to join us for the Region 6 Steady State Industry Day 2025.The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will host an unclassified Industry Day for Steady State Operations to provide an overview of FY25 forecasted steady state procurements. This event aims to assist industry partners (potential vendors) in comprehending the Government’s needs, requirements, considerations, and to share pertinent information that may be of interest to the local industries and beyond.



REGISTRATION:



Those interested in attending in-person are encouraged to register for the webinar no later than 12:00 PM CST February 3rd, 2025, by notifying the FEMA Industry Liaison Program at FEMA-Industry@fema.dhs.gov with the subject line “In-Person Registration Request for FEMA Region VI Industry Day.”

In addition to the online webinar, vendors attending in person can participate in a tour of the Region VI Regional Facilities in Denton, Texas. Those who are interested in attending in person must submit an FF-90 Facility Access Request form via email to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson at destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov with the subject line “Site Visit Facility Access Form for FEMA Region VI Industry Day,” no later than 12:00 PM CST February 3rd, 2025.





PLEASE NOTE:

1. Corporate names, individuals’ titles, and email addresses of attendees will be made public in order to facilitate opportunities for subcontracting, teaming arrangements, joint ventures and networking among attendees, including in an amendment to the Region VI Steady State Industry Day announcement on https://SAM.gov.

2. Please bring a tangible copy of your firms’ capabilities statement the day of the event.

3. A detailed agenda and schedule will be provided at a later date.
