Description

BHS is seeking a vendor who can assess and resolve A/V issues as they occur, returning these unique educational resources to full functionality with limited disruption to business operations and visitor experience. This multi-year contract will act as short-term and low-budget impact solutions to maintain AV functionality of the exhibits and reduce business disruptions.
This project will:
•        Restore A/V displays to full functionality in a timely manner,
•        Act as a short-term solution to maintain regular business operations, and
•        Involve assessment and implementation of solutions that will reduce business interruptions.
