RFP - GEORGE C. WRIGHT JR. MUNICIPAL PARK SOFTBALL FIELD RENOVATION PROJECT

NOTICE:

The Town of Smyrna has issued an RFP for George C. Wright Jr Municipal Park Softball Field Renovation Project.

The Town of Smyrna intends to award a contract for the Softball Field

Renovation Project at George C. Wright Jr Municipal Park. The Town is requesting proposals for replacement of infield and outfield fencing on fields 1 & 2, backstop, dugout/roof renovations, and infield renovations including grading, leveling, installation of infield mix, and replacement of field equipment.

-Three (3) copies of the Proposal Package must be delivered on or before Tuesday, September 22nd at 4:00 p.m.
Submissions received after this time will be rejected and returned unopened.

-Mail or deliver proposals to the attention of: Jason McNatt Assistant Town Manager Town of Smyrna 27 South Market Street Plaza Smyrna, Delaware 19977

-The envelope or box containing the RFP must be sealed and clearly marked "Request for Proposal for George C. Wright Jr Municipal Park Sotball Field Renovation Project for the Town of Smyrna".

-A pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held at a date and time to be announced.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) forms will be on our website, smyrna.delaware.gov, under the ‘News & Events’ section on the main page, as well as under the heading ‘Business,’ and ‘Bid Opportunities.’ You can also pick up a hard copy at the TOS Public Works Building.
