The objective of this project is to rehabilitate existing roofing systems at USDA Forest Service facilities by installing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof recover systems over existing metal and flat (tar/built-up) roofs, along with full replacement of gutters and downspouts.
Organized Site Visit: ***CHANGE UNDER AMENDMENT 00001***
An organized site visit will be held on May 26th, 2026 at 10:00am Local time. Location to meet for the site visit will be 901 Mechem Dr., Ruidoso, NM 88345.

Questions shall be submitted via email to troy.mccullough@usda.gov and are due no later than June 1st, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
