Vendor to redesign the city's website

Request for Proposals/Quote (RFP/Q)

2025 City of St. Louis Park website redesign

The City of St. Louis Park has initiated a Request for Proposal (RFP) and Quote process to identify a vendor qualified to plan, execute and deliver the redesign of the city’s website www.stlouisparkmn.gov, in addition to ongoing technical support and hosting services.

The objective of this RFP/Q is to solicit proposals and quotes for the one-time cost of a standard website redesign, the ongoing annual cost of website hosting and technical support, and tiered pricing for optional add-ons or service upgrades. The chosen vendor will be responsible for working with city staff to develop a fresh website design concept, execute the design, assist with page migration from the existing website, and implement updated tools for accessibility and search capabilities. Thereafter, the vendor will also be responsible for website hosting and technical support.

The city requires a vendor with demonstrated experience in managing and implementing website projects and expertise in best practices for successful website research, design, collaboration, accessibility, development and deployment. The chosen vendor will be required to sign the city’s standard professional services agreement (PSA), provided in Appendix A, with the vendor’s contract as an exhibit to the city’s PSA.
