The project is generally described as the construction of a 5,000 Ton (Building 2) Prototype Chemical Storage Building. Building is approximately 12,060 SF consisting of concrete exterior walls, membrane waterproofing, pre-engineered steel framed roof structure and fabric membrane roof system. Associated work includes site clearing, earthwork, stormwater management, underground saltwater storage tank, site utilities, asphalt paving, chain link fencing/gates and electrical work required for a complete and operational facility.
