The following information shall be made a part of Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 26-1001 -
Butler/Rough Hollow Park Improvements:
1. Unit Pricing Form, Page 1: Replace the existing Unit Pricing Form, Page 1, with the
revised Unit Pricing Form, Page 1, included with this addendum.
Under MOBILIZATION:
* Bid Items No. 1 through 5, COA Item Nos 700S: An Estimated Quantity of 1
has been added.
* Bid Item No. 5, COA Item No. 701S: The Unit of Measure has been changed
from LF (Linear Foot) to LS (Lump Sum).
* All other Bid Items remain unchanged.
Bidders shall use the revised Unit Pricing Form, Page 1 (Addendum No. 2) to
submit a bid.
