The Department of Human Services, Direct Care and Treatment is requesting proposals for Barber services to patients at the Anoka-Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC) two (2) days per month for eight (8) hours each day. AMRTC has a designated barber shop space with a chair, clippers, trimmers, cleaning supplies, and other related products which the successful vendor will use.
