Description
The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid for ten (10) each, NEW 2025 Harley-Davidson FLHTP Electra Glide Police Edition motorcycles. See attached detailed specifications for options. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. Price quoted must also include shop supplies and labor to install. No additional charges will be allowed. DPS can pick up motorcycles within a 50-mile radius of HQ.
DPS HQ is located at 959 United Avenue SE, Atlanta, GA 30316
Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid.
Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid.
Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/. No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the RFQ instruction document will be required. Immigration and security will be required because of installation.
The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
