Viva STARS Tier II annual renewal subscription – VIVA USA INC

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Administration, intend to enter into an agreement w ith VIVA USA INC for continued, uninterrupted use of Viva STARS Tier II maintenance and support agreement annual renewal subscription .

The web-based tracking and reporting solution will include but is not limited to STARS portal hosting and technical support, Prime Suppliers Tier2 Reporting Module, and Client Employee Admin and Reporting Module. STARS meets the specialized qualification of interfacing and transmitting supplier data for reporting using both direct and indirect interaction with suppliers.

VIVA USA INC is the sole developers of this web-based client activity tracking system and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons the State believes this is a single source renewal.
