The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS), Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), intends to renew an agreement with Intoximeters, Inc., for up to two (2) years. This agreement will provide the BCA with ongoing DataMaster Transportable (Intox DMT) software programming, enhancements, updates, instrument replacement, parts and labor for repairs performed by the manufacturer, and parts for instrument repairs performed by the BCA calibration laboratory.
Intoximeters, Inc. is the sole provider of Intox DMT software upgrades, technical support, equipment, instrument parts, and repair services. For these reasons, the BCA has deemed this to be a single source purchase.
