Description: The City of Sedona is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified developers with sufficient experience and capacity to build, finance, and manage affordable workforce housing at 220 Sunset Drive, Sedona, Arizona, Parcel No. 408-26-030C, a 2.22-acre parcel which is owned by the City of Sedona. A site plan of the Sunset Property including topography and current utilities has been included with the RFP as Attachment A. The project will consist of the City leasing the Sunset Property to a developer to construct and manage approximately forty-six (46) housing units, rented to tenants whose gross household incomes may range from 60% to 120% (with the City’s preference for a mix of 80% - 120%) of the Area Median Income for Yavapai County, Arizona for up to 30 years. Proposers may elect to modify the design for a different selection of unit types; however, the redesign may not modify the building footprint. Details can be obtained and statements of qualifications shall be submitted through the City’s eProcurement System at https://sedonaaz.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities .
