    Project according to specifications prepared by the City. If you are a certified Epoxytec, Quadex
    Structure Guard, PPG Raven 405, Obic 5000 or Sprayroq, Inc. Spraywall applicator, meet the bid
    submittal requirements, and are interested in submitting a qualified bid, Bid Documents will be available
    March 16th, 2026 by contacting Shane Johnson - Engineering Department, 10 N. Main, Cedar City, Utah
    84720 - Tel: (435) 233-7393, or jshane@cedarcityut.gov. The Bid Documents can be obtained
    electronically for free. The deadline for submitting the bid is March 27th, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The right is
    reserved by Cedar City to reject any and all Bids.
