Description
The Henry County Water Authority, hereafter The Authority, is soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms to become the construction manager / general contractor for the development, design and construction of our new Pullin Road Operations Campus in McDonough, GA. The Authority selected Construction Manager at Risk, hereafter CMAR, for the project delivery method. In a separate RFP The Authority selected Barge Design Solutions, hereafter Barge, to provide architectural and engineering services. The Authority and Barge worked together to develop concepts, a basis for design and this RFP.
The successful Offeror will collaborate with Barge and the Authority to design the operations campus with the goal of a design for constructability; thereby reducing costs and minimizing delays.
The attached RFP provides project details and describes our evaluation process.
