Sealed proposals for 2026 As Needed Materials Testing Services will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, via the City of Jackson e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson . BIDS ARE DUE BY THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2025, 10:00 A.M. (EST)

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: The City of Jackson is currently inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the as-needed materials testing for 2026 and 2027 construction season projects. The contract will include concrete, HMA and soil testing as well as pavement cores and soil borings.
