This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited, utilizing the procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement in support of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) for the supply and delivery of Trade Agreement Act (TAA) Compliant drug testing supplies, as identified in this solicitation and in accordance with the attached Attachment 0001- Statement of Work (SOW).
Contractor shall be responsible for the provision, delivery and support of all items listed in this solicitation and statement of work. The award will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Delivery shall be within 90 business days from the effective date of contract award
