The project can be generally described as: This project will execute repair to the Combat Trench feature of Range 21 IPBC (CATCODE 17897) Infantry Platoon Battle Course at Fort Pickett. Work will include: Excavation, stockpiling, and stabilizing soil from the work area. Removing, straightening, or replacing wooden posts and timbers as needed. Repairing and/or replacing drain tiles where needed. Backfill, final grading and seeding.A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T0229 within the DPW Compound, at 10:00 PM Sharp, on March 19, 2026. Following sign-in and the reading of the pre-bidconference agenda we will visit the job site.
