Courier Services

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Nathan S. Kline Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Courier Services to the Nathan S. Kline Institute at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

The Program Work Plan with route information is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

Questions from bidders are to be submitted by February 14, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders, as well as posted to this ad, by February 28, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on March 12, 2025.
