This project is to replace piping with 36" RCP and replace pavement along 2nd street. This project includes corrective measures to address nuisance flooding thru grading and installation of a drainage system to drain the low-lying areas .A non-mandatory pre-bid and conference call at 10 am, September 4, 2026 via a virtual conference call.
