RFQ 260000009 – Secure Document Shredding for DMVA

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), is seeking secure, reliable document shredding services for the destruction of confidential paper records generated through normal business operations. These services support records security, confidentiality, and routine office operations across DMVA facilities, including locations on Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson (JBER).

Deadline for Receipt of Quotes: Current deadline for receipt of quotes submitted in response to this RFQ is 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time, March 20 th , 2026. Email responses are acceptable prior to the stated deadline and addressed to: MVADASProcurement@alaska.gov

Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached solicitation. Late, faxed, or oral quotes will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.

Questions: Questions concerning the attached RFQ or contents within the solicitation must be made in writing and directed to the DMVA/DAS Procurement Office. Contact information is shown below. Substantive questions will be answered only by a written amendment posted to the Alaska Online Public Notice system and distributed to all registered vendors.
