INVITATION TO BID (ITB)
The purpose of this ITB is to Purchase 2-Large SUV's, Chevrolet Suburban’s or Equivalent to that make
and model.
SUBMITTING BIDS
All information requested must be completed and submitted digitally via email by Thursday, February 5, 2026
at 4:00 P.M. (MST) through the online Bonfire System (instructions to login and register and submit a bid in the
link below). You may also hand deliver the bids to the Beaver County School District in a sealed envelope with
the name and number of the solicitation on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be publicly opened on
Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.(U3P) Bonfire- Instructions to register and submit proposals are in

If the required information is not submitted in a timely manner, the bid will be deemed non-responsive.
All questions and answers regarding the scope of services, must be submitted through the online
