Description
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) with Request for Supplier Qualification (the “RFSQ”) is to solicit proposals for from qualified Information Technology (IT) providers/consultants for providing professional Information Technology services, focusing on its Vancouver Headquarter Data Center physical networking and server equipment management.
There are two (2) Scopes of Work, proponents may submit proposals for either:
1. Scope of Work A: Managed IT Service Provider and Consulting, Infrastructure; OR
2. Scope of Work B: Consulting, Infrastructure
Proponents may only submit for one (1) Scope of Work.
The estimated contract period will be 84 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/02/01.
