The State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation – Metro District intends to utilize a single source acquisition with Keystone Engineering for the procurement of Diamond Made Mill teeth for our new Keystone Engineering Flatliner Mill Head Skidsteer attachment. Keystone Engineering is the manufacturer, exclusive distributor and holds a current US patent, Patent# 8573885 B2, US 20120121330 for their product.
