Item # 1:

This solicitation is to establish a Two (2)-Year Open Term Contract for the printing and mailing of the Nevada Magazine and Visitor Guide. The publication is printed two (2) times per year. Contract period will be from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027. Prices MUST be held firm during the two (2)-year contract period. Award will be made to only one (1) vendor. Four (4) one (1)-year extensions will be available if agreeable to all parties.
