| Bid Synopsis: | The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is requesting bids for the purchase of cleaning services from a contractor to clean various dorm room and residential apartments after semester has concluded. This is a yearly contract that is seasonal from May till August. Contract is for one year, but may be renewed up to 4 additional years. A site-visit is required in order to submit a bid. A site-visit is being held on Tuesday March 24th, 2026 at 9am. Meeting at the housing community center 3350 Leon Bond Drive.(ShopUW+ Event Number 2026-UWGBY-01268-RFB).
