The City of Foster City (“City”) invites qualified firms and nonprofit organizations that meet the requirements to provide a proposal in compliance with the City of Foster City’s Housing Element, Policy H-A, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, and Program H-B-2-b, Nonprofit Maintenance/Rehabilitation Program
