Synopsis:
|
|
Sealed Tenders are invited from Contractors for the construction of the Lagoon Expansion for the Town of Nokomis. Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 pm, C.S.T., Wednesday, March 5th, 2025 and will be opened immediately thereafter.
The work includes:

Construction of a 41,300 m
3
storage cell, complete with compacted clay liner.

Miscellaneous supporting infrastructure including manhole type transfer structure, overflow piping, and effluent release piping.

Various site improvements, including drainage ditching, perimeter fencing, topsoil replacement, and seeding.

Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the location of all work required.

Clean-up of site.

Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work.

The lagoon facility is to be fully operational by November 30th, 2025.
General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer.
Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
