Maintenance, Repair, and Operations Supplies and Services

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations Supplies and Services that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.
The period of performance is from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 with the option to extend for two (2) additional years in one (1) year increments. Fort Worth ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 150 campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

This is a non-exclusive proposal. FWISD reserves the right to publish supplemental proposals to add additional vendors. If you have responded to and have been awarded on a previous bid with the same name and bid number (22-136, 22-136-A, 22-136-B, 22-136-C, 22-136-D, 22-136-E, 22-136-F, AND 22-136-G), you DO NOT need to respond to this bid.  Your award is still valid.
