This project consists of removing one (1) 8-foot 2Ghz microwave dish at the Clay City IL tower site. Installing a MIMOMAX ANT-896-960-016-PD00 16dBi flat panel antenna on the Clay City tower where old dish was removed, and the Mason tower at 330 feet. Both MIMOMAX antennas will be provided by ISP Radio Network Services Bureau (RNSB). Contractor will provide the 7/8 feed line, connectors, jumpers, appropriate lightning protection, cable hangers, brackets, and path alignment. ISP RNSB will assist with the path alignment signal strength. This will be a turn-key job, ISP RNSB will install and power up the microwave radios once antenna work is completed. Dish will need to be disposed of once it is brought down.
Successful contractor shall have a minimum of two years documented experience of the installation of the MIMOMAX microwave product. Contractor shall provide ISP RNSB proof on insurance coverage, copies of safety training required for this type of work. All work shall be done in accordance with industry standards for this type of project. ISP RNSB will determine if the contractor meets the necessary requirements for this project and if the work product is acceptable using on-site inspections with experienced technicians.
Note: Insurance requirements are workman's comp and general liability insurance as indicated in the Standard Terms and Conditions. Specific training certifications: Must be certified in tower climbing and tower top rescue by any of the industry recognized certifying agencies (NATE - National Association of Tower Erectors).
