The Town of Bedford is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the on-going activities pertaining to the continued maintenance at the two closed landfills and one transfer station. The Town has Solid Waste Permits for the two closed landfills and a Permit-By-Rule for the Transfer Station. Maintenance for the closed landfills includes service to an extensive groundwater remediation system. Associated with these efforts, there are a number of reporting, monitoring and testing requirements.
