The Los Angeles County Public Defender is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for a contract with an organization that can conduct an assessment through data collection, analysis, and evaluation of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Holistic Advocacy Project to determine if the project represents a best practice that contributes to social services connections, reduced days spent in jail and reduce future contacts with the criminal legal system. The maximum amount of grant funds allocated to this contract will be $300,000. Please refer to the attachments for further information and details.
